Returns Policy

You may return most new AND unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we would be happy to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. For all other returns the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit we will require the following:

  • A picture of the package the item was shipped in;

  • A picture of the broken item in the package with the packing material;

  • A picture of the broken item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. In many cases the refund is in your account much sooner, but please allow up to 30 days before contacting us for a status update.

This time period includes:

  • The transit time to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days);

  • The time to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days);

  • The time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details (including pictures) about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We ship most items within 3 days of your placing your order often sooner.  If there is a delay in shipping you will be contacted and informed and given the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a refund or credit, your choice, if you do not wish to wait the additional time.  All items are shipped via first class mail using the USPS.  Most packages are delivered within 1 - 3 days of shipping from the warehouse.  At this time we offer free shipping on all items. 

Adult signatures are required for vaporizers, e-cigarette as well as parts for these items.  An adult must be present to sign for the package at the time of delivery.  We reserve the right to require an adult signature on any other item for sale on this website should we feel it is necessary or required.

At this time, we are unable to ship to anywhere outside of the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses - we apologize for any inconvenience!
